Ingredients
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Keto-Friendly Mayonnaise
- 3 pork chops, boneless
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup coconut oil
How to
- Take a pan and place it over medium heat
- Add oil and let it heat up
- Add mushrooms, onions and stir
- Cook for 4 minutes
- Add pork chops, season with nutmeg, garlic powder and brown both sides
- Transfer the pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350-degree F
- Transfer pork chops to plates and keep it warm
- Take a pan and place it over medium-heat
- Add vinegar, mayonnaise over mushroom mix and stir or a few minutes
- Drizzle sauce over pork chops
- Enjoy!
