Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, ¾ inch thick, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup green olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup parsley leaves, finely cut
How to
- Take a large sized skillet and place it over medium high heat
- Add oil and let it heat p
- Add beef and cook until both sides are browned, remove beef and drain fat
- Add rest of the oil to skillet and heat I up
- Add onions, garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Stir well
- Add mushrooms olives and cook until mushrooms are thoroughly done
- Return beef to skillet and lower heat to medium
- Cook for 3-4 minutes (covered_
- Stir in parsley
- Serve and enjoy!
