Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized savoy cabbage
- 4 round fresh goat cheese (20 g each)
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- ginger powder
- Chili powder
- pepper
- salt
- 2 tbsp canola oil
Method
- Wash the savoy cabbage and blanch in a little boiling salted water for 20-30 seconds, remove and rinse in cold water. Spread the leaves out on a work surface.
- Place a round of goat cheese on each sheet.
- Briefly roast the pine nuts and sunflower seeds in a pan, mix with the honey, season with ginger and chili powder and spread over the goat’s cheese.
- Wrap in the savoy cabbage leaves, season with a little salt and pepper and sauté in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.
