Ingredients
- 300 g green beans
- 2-3 sprigs of savory or rosemary
- 1 small head of endive lettuce
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 300 g feta
- 1/2 garlic clove
- sea salt
- white pepper
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 8 tbsps. Extra virgin olive oil
- parsley
- marjoram
Method
- Clean and wash the beans and cook in salted water with the savory for 8-10 minutes, rinse, drain and allow to cool.
- Clean the endive, wash, and drain well. Cut the endive into strips.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Peel the onions and cut into rings and peel and crush the garlic
- Slice the feta.
- For the herb dressing, finely chop herbs and mix with the sea salt, pepper, garlic and wine vinegar. Slowly whisk in the oil.
- Arrange on plates
- And drizzle with the dressing.
